Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note: Should the watch sustain damage during return shipping due to inadequate protective packaging, the buyer shall bear all associated losses.)
Refund Before Shipment
If you have completed payment and request a refund before the product has been shipped, a 5% refund transaction handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Return & Refund Policy
Case 1: Return After Receiving the Product (Non-Quality Issues)
If you request a return and refund after receiving the product for reasons not related to quality issues, you will be responsible for a restocking fee of up to 40%. (Due to tax fees and other labor fees, etc., they vary by country/region. For the exact restocking fee to your country/region, please contact our customer service for confirmation.)The return shipping cost to China must be borne by the buyer.
Case 2: Refund Requested While the Package Is in Shipping
If you have already completed payment and our customer service representative has confirmed with you that the watch has been shipped or is in shipping, and you wish to request a refund and return.
(1)You must first receive the package. (Because the package can not be intercepted or returned while in international transit.)
(2)After receiving it, please contact our after-sales service team, explain the reason for the return and refund, and obtain the return address. You must then ship the watch back to China at your own expense. If the return and refund are requested for non-quality reasons, a restocking fee of up to 40% will apply. (Due to tax fees and other labor fees, etc., they vary by country/region. For the exact restocking fee to your country/region, please contact our customer service for confirmation.)

If your return is accepted, we will provide our shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Watches sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
