Refund Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. (Please note: Should the watch sustain damage during return shipping due to inadequate protective packaging, the buyer shall bear all associated losses.)
Request Cancel Order Before Shipment
If you have completed payment and want to request cancellation of the order before the product is shipped. Order cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp or email within 12 hours after placing the order. (Cancellations made after 12 hours will not be accepted.)All orders that have not yet been shipped and for which a refund is requested will be subject to a 10% cancellations fee based on the full purchase price of the item.
Return Situation
Case 1: Return After Receiving the Product (Non-Quality Issues)
If you request a return and refund after receiving the product for reasons not related to quality issues, you will be responsible for a restocking fee of up to 40%. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees incurred during the return process.
Case 2: Refund Requested While the Package Is in Shipping
If you have already completed payment and our customer service representative has confirmed with you that the watch has been shipped or is in shipping, and you wish to request a refund and return.
(1)Buyer must first receive the package. (Because the package can not be intercepted or returned while in international transit.)
(2)After receiving it, please contact our after-sales service team, explain the reason for the return and refund, and obtain the return address. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and any related fees incurred during the return process. If the return and refund are requested for non-quality reasons, a restocking fee of up to 40% will apply. (For the exact restocking fee to your country/region, please contact our customer service for confirmation.)

Case 3: Rejected Delivery and Requested Order Cancellation
If the buyer refuses delivery without prior communication or agreement with our customer service team, and deliberately rejects the parcel to cancel the order and request a refund, such action will be considered an unauthorized return. In this case, all costs and losses incurred shall be fully borne by the buyer.
