We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee. The restocking fee could be up to 40%, as taxes, shipping costs, and other expenses vary significantly by country. For the specific restocking fee applicable in your country or region, please contact our customer service for confirmation. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Customers who pay with PayPal will need to pay a 5% refund fee if they need to cancel their order. (PayPal's latest requirement)

To start a return, you could contact us at luckyharveywatch@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide our shipping address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
