Free Shipping

We ship mostly anywhere in the world for free by fast shipping: DHL, FEDEX, SF, Yun Express, and 4PX. It will take 1-3 working days to process your order. Orders qualify for shipping and will be shipped at no cost to you via Fast Air Parcel delivery. We do reserve the option of determining the specific shipping method. SF just for Hong Kong(2- 3 Days), Taiwan(about 3-5days), . DHL/FedEx(about 7-15 days).

Customs / Duty

International orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 

Shipping Problems

If an International order is damaged or not received at all, an insurance claim must be initiated and finalized before customer compensation or product replacement is executed by luckyharveywatch.com. If the item is received damaged, please contact：luckyharveywatch.com. Within five business days of delivery to conduct a claim. Please hold onto your shipping box, as our insurance company may want to inspect it.
